great supplement

This is a really good vitamin C supplement to take. I think that vitamin c is something that most people really need to be taking. People have a lot of vitamin deficiencies and this is a good supplement for immune health and to keep your body running at maximum health. It is super cheap, and the benefits of taking this vitamin c supplement are much more than the small money amount that this is worth. I would recommend this to everyone of my friends. Good to keep you healthy.
