Directions:

OK

The power punch flavor is pretty good tasting. Nothing like i have really tasted when it comes to supplements. The caffeine gave a huge spike in energy for my workout. I thought that i would get a better pump from this product but it was completely lackluster in that department. I really think having all the calories in it is a waste. A good stim pre workout with a intra workout carb source or bcaa would work just fine for me. The price is great though.

Kool-Aid Style

Dear god, Cytosport Fast Twitch will make you want to go into the gym Kool-Aid man style, through the ****** wall, then take a bite out of a 45# plate.
