New Monster Energy Drink Reign vs Bang Energy

New Monster Energy Drink Reign Vs Bang Energy

Monster Energy Drink has spilled the news of a new product they are working on! These new energy drinks are launching sometime around March so let's talk about them! Monster is marketing these energy drinks as "total body fuel".

What is Monster's Reign Energy

There is not a lot of information about this drink but what we do know is that it will be called Reign and contains 6 different flavors.

The great thing as well is that Monster Reign Energy Drink will contain no sugar, no calories, and 300mg of caffeine! They marketed this as a "fuel energy drink" so they also added CoQ10 and BCAA's for performance. Monster Energy Reign is said to be a performance drink.

Monster Energy Drink Corporation also has listed the flavors as well! It looks like some flavors will be:

  • Lemon HDZ
  • Melon Mania
  • Sour Apple
  • Carnival Candy
  • Razzle Berry
  • Peach Fizz

WANT TO TRY REIGN? WE HAVE IT NOW!

Monster Reign Energy Drink vs Bang Energy Drink

Monster Reign

  • Contains 6 Flavors
  • 5x BCAAs
  • CoQ10
  • 300mg of Caffeine

Bang Energy

  • Contains 22 Flavors
  • BCAAs
  • Ultra CoQ10
  • 300mg
  • Super Creatine

What is the biggest difference?

The new Monster Reign Energy Drink is comparable to VPX Bang Energy, but what is the biggest difference?

SUPER CREATINE

That is the number one difference between Bang Energy and Monster Reign Energy Drink. We honestly prefer Bang Energy because of its wide variety of flavors like Bangster Berry and Rainbow Unicorn.

Look below to see the labels to compare! Some other differences:

  • Bang Energy has LESS sodium than Reign Energy
  • Reign Energy has MORE Niacin than Bang Energy
  • Bang Energy CONTAINS Vitamin C, whereas Reign Energy DOES NOT

I started drinking Bang about a week ago. I talked my Dr. about it. She said if I wanted to drink it, drink only a half a can at a time because of the creotine (sp), and drink before I start my exercising. A friend gave me a Reign to drink saying it would be a great post workout drink, again, 1/2 a can. Advice on this? Thanks.

Ran 3 miles in 85+ heat…felt totally exhausted. After eating an apple, some spinach, some almonds, and drinking Reign Lz, I feel great!

I’m not a huge energy drink user. I’ve heard people talking about Bang due to their Zero calories and sugar. I’ve tried the Unicorn flavor and it tasted so bad. Everytime I take a sip, I would gag because the aftertaste is disgusting. I’ve tried Reign and the flavor is delicious. No aftertaste and there is NATURAL CAFFEINE!!!!!!!!!!! I preferred to have stable energy throughout the day rather than a punch in my gut energy LOL. I will be drinking Reign once in a while. I tried not to drink energy drinks due to Artificial Sugar(Sucralose) having a negative effect on your body if consumed regularly. If I want natural energy I just drink tea but will be drinking Reign if I decide to have an energy drink.

Bang has a very nasty after taste and makes my heart race. While Reign on the other hand, has amazing flavors, my favorite is the Lemon Hdz, and has very healthy ingredients that are good for you and don’t make my heart race.

Reign blows Bang out of the water, by far better flavor and no aftertaste, also no side effects like hunger or jitters. My absolute favorite energy drink, and I’ve tried them all.

Hello everyone! So! I’m a health freak/nutritionist. I’ve closely examined Bang, and Reign. Huge fans
of both, BUT for different reasons. Bang claims to have this “Super Creatine” but 3rd party studies have shown only traces amounts within the beverage, thus being ineffective. Reign instead decided to put in 5 times the amount of BCAA’s and bypassing the attempt to try this new “Super Creatine” which in theory is amazing, but not at its perfection point yet in energy drinks. Bang on the other hand has (what I think at least) an amazing/delicious variety of flavors. Reign’s flavors, aren’t really so great…All in all, I’ll drink Reign over Bangs when I’m on a training days, but vice-versa on non training days.

For any type of nutritional support to be effective, there must be measurable amount of these support ingredients. Do we see this on the ingredients panel of the REIGN series of drinks? No we do not – Branch-chain Amino Acids is splattered all over the can and yet there are no measurable proteins present. Really?? Come on people!!

Forget the flavors people! Don’t be consuming something that harms the body. I want to know what these ingredients are, and how they react in the body. If energy drinks were really that good at energy, they should contain some sort of protein so our bodies could be regulating all the functions required to keep our bodies at a good, healthy level. Not just an energy rush due to caffeine and a couple vitamins. There has to be solid foundation in energy and that begins with proteins, because proteins and amino acids are what keep our organs and tissues to continue processing toward a better life, and thus lifestyle.
